I’m not sure how absorbent these would be for urine because they do seem a little thin for that but they work great for dogs in heat.
Our just over a year old Great Dane weighs 100lbs and we got her the XXL size. They are a slightly big but they are adjustable. The fit is right and it’s easy to slide her tail in and then secure.

My dog lost control of lower body two days ago ( he’s 15 1/2). I bought disposable diapers for him, but they obviously didn’t fit properly because they were dry. It the carpet was wet. I decided to try these and am thrilled. The fit much better, have a higher rise, and better elastic so that they seem more comfortable for him. I’ve noticed that I don’t need to keep adjusting them and pulling them up the way I did the disposable ones. After they are used and washed, if I change my opinion, i will do an update, but, as of right now, i am very happy I bought these.
